I've been planning weddings in Rome since 2005, and exclusively for foreign couples, not Italian ones, because well...it just seemed to fit perfectly with my love for foreign languages and cultures (I graduated as a translator and worked and travelled extensively abroad), my local knowledge of Rome (I was born in the Eternal City) and my very organised, a bit on the control-freak side attitude!
I prefer the personal approach, so I only take up a few weddings a year, which I can personally plan and follow, with the priceless help of my assistants on the actual wedding day and wonderful, trustworthy vendors I was lucky enough to meet and built great working relationships with over the years.
My experience comes from working for so many years in the industry and learning something new from anyone, suppliers and couples, at each wedding, whether be it a small affair with just the bride and groom or a large-scale event with 200 guests.
All this has made me the wedding planner I am today, happy to share this wealth of experiences with the couples who'll want me to be part of their big day and eventually become their friend in Rome.
